ICCA founder Rosalind Chan was at hand to do the demo. All those who attended got to sample the new products. There were lots of goodies but my personal favourites were the chocolate mousse and the marzipan.
The chocolate mousse was really chocolatey... something chocolate lovers can look forward to. There were two types of marzipan: One from Canada and the other from the UK. Both had a pleasant taste to it. I loved the Canadian one.The products are pricey. But this is only expected after the conversion from British pounds to Malaysian ringgit. :)
