I made some gingerbread cupcakes for a friend as a Christmas gift. To go well with the Christmas theme, I put snowman toppers made out of royal icing.

As the recipient of the cup cakes, I must say.... we had a hard time keeping the cakes till Christmas .. so tempted to just gobble them up. They looked so good... and tasted fantastic! Thanks Yuha!
